About

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration oversees campus financial and administrative services at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From budget and resource planning to facilities, the resources and services offered by the reporting units help fulfill the university’s missions of education, teaching, research and public engagement.

Leadership

Aimee Heeter leads the university’s financial and administrative organizations by serving as chief steward of financial and administrative operations. She oversees integrated units including budget and resource planning, capital planning, purchasing, facilities and services, public safety and key administrative policy and operations functions. Her work aligns financial stewardship with operational excellence to advance the university’s academic mission. Aimee joined Illinois from Indiana University as Vice Provost of Finance & Administration. Aimee holds a bachelors, masters and doctorate in higher education finance from Indiana University.
